Posting a auction to eOptex.com is easy to do, making you the auction manager of your listed auction. Just follow these easy instructions.
Setup your profile. Your profile tells bidders about you and your company or organization.
After you have setup your profile, you can start listing auctions!
Go to the "Auction Manager" screen (using the menu) and follow these steps:
- Enter in your username and password that you setup in your profile.
- Choose "Add a new auction" from the main menu.
- Enter in all relevant information for the project.
- Review your project listing.
- Click on the "Add Auction" button.
- Your done!
Once you have setup your project listing, you then wait for people to bid on your auction. After a bid is made on your auction, you will receive an e-mail notification.
Using your auction manager you can view all the information about the bid and the bidder's profile (while you can also see some of this information publicly on the site, it doesn't show all the information).
At the end of the auction you notify the bidder that has won the auction.
At any time you can also revise your auction by using the "Edit Auctions" area in your Auction Manager also.
